GY Shift Lead

Mr. Essex is a state-certified Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) and has worked at Circle of Hope since May of 2018. As Shift Lead on the overnight shift, Mr. Essex and his team are responsible for ensuring the well – being of clients throughout the night and making sure their needs are met should they require any assistance. The overnight team takes on various administrative duties, interacts with clients as needed, and makes sure that they awake to a safe, clean, and well – kept environment. For Mr. Essex, being part of the Circle of Hope family means dedication to helping people from all walks of life overcome their struggles with substance abuse. He says that the most rewarding aspect of his job is the remarkable positive changes he sees over time as clients progress in their recovery.
