Step 2

Insurance options

We believe recovery should be available to anyone in need of care. Which is why we work directly with your insurance provider to find the best option for you.

We Accept Most Insurance

We accept most major health plans to help you pay for your drug rehabilitation treatment. Please call for verification of benefits coverage or check with your health insurance carrier for a final determination regarding specific covered services. Usually, prescription drugs used in treatment like methadone and suboxone are covered, but not always.
Step 3

Our treatment programs

It starts with understanding. We’ll walk you through the various components of addiction recovery and break down how our treatment programs work within this process.

Insurance Form

Please complete the form below to have our admissions team review your insurance coverage for addiction treatment. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Step 4

Finding your way here

Feel at home, before you arrive. Traveling to an unfamiliar place for recovery can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re with you every step of the way, regularly communicating with you throughout your travel. We will even help you make arrangements for traveling to Circle of Hope and transporting you to your residential treatment.
