PM Shift Lead

Mr. Ransdell comes from a television background working as a producer & production manager from 2004 – 2018 on shows such as ” The Bachelor”, “Top Chef”, and “The Voice”. Over time, Mr. Ransdell came to the realization that he struggled with addiction from Alcohol and sought out help from ” The Discovery House”, thus changing the direction he wanted to take his life. In 2018, M r. Ransdell left his career in television and joined the Circle of Hope team in efforts to give back to men and women who also struggled with addiction and show them a new way of living a peaceful and productive life as he gained during his recovery. M r. Ransdell has taken his hard work ethic from his past career and his passion for recovery and applied it to his position as a Shift Lead here at COH, overseeing the daily operations of the facility and working with clients one on one. He has acquired his RADT – 1 and works to improve his knowledge and skillset in order to better facilitate the client’s needs. M r. Ransdell believes that his new life in recovery is his best life and wants to help clients to invest and take chance on themselves.
