Assistant Director

Mr. Angulo completed his addiction studies with the California Consortium of Addiction Program and professionals in May of 2017 and is currently working on testing for his CADC II. Robert has been a dedicated member of the company since April of 2017. Having a military background as a Navy Hospital Corpsman serving in combat with 3Battalion 9thMarinesIndia Co. during the Gulf War, Robert has an empathetic and understanding view of addiction which propels him to put client care and client service at the forefront of what he does. As the Assistant Director of Circle of Hope, Robert continues to uphold the highest level of client care while utilizing all the resources and skills, he has learned to help struggling addicts in their journey to recovery and long-term sobriety. Robert’s favorite quote is “We will love them until they learn how to love themselves.” Oooh Raaa!
